Chalet units

There are two different chalets: The small Chalet has a main bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper couch in the lounge area. There is a bathroom with a shower and TV. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchenette and its own veranda with braai facility. The Large Chalet units have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bath, lounge area with TV and a fully-equipped kitchen. Each chalet has its own veranda with braai facility. Linen and towels are supplied for each unit. The chalets are also fully serviced daily, allowing one to relax, and not worry about cleaning up.


Located in Graskop, the Blyde Chalets are central to all the restaurants and shopping venues in town. There is a restaurant on site that offers breakfast, lunch and dinners. Nearby facilities include a large variety of activities to keep one busy when not sightseeing. On the premises of Blyde Chalets, one will also find a well-stocked curio and gift shop. Tourist friendly Graskop is the most central town in the region to explore all the beauty and splendor of the region. GraskopGraskop is a small town in Mpumalanga province, South Africa. It is 14 km south-east of Pilgrim’s Rest and 28 km north of Sabie. Graskop was laid out between 1880 and 1890 on a farm belonging to Abel Erasmus, Native Commissioner of the Transvaal Republic. Originally it was a mining camp. A 51-meter glass elevator has being constructed down the road from God’s Window. Situated one kilometer out of Graskop, at the Graskop Gorge, on the R533 towards Hazyview, the development will offer yet another amazing tourism experience on the Lowveld’s legendary Panorama Route. It is also the first development of its kind in Africa and the centre was opened for business in March 2018, only 4 minutes (1,3 km) drive on the R532 to the closest attraction point, The Big Swing & Highwire, Graskop.
