Crystal Springs Mountain Lodge is a Four-Star self-catering Resort situated at the top of Robber’s Pass, on the historic old road to Pilgrim’s Rest. Beautiful gardens combine with exquisite natural scenery to create a haven incorporating spectacular cliffs and gorges, forests and sweeping views. Birdlife is plentiful and wild animals such as zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, antelope and leopard inhabit the Nature Reserve.

A beautiful resort situated within 2,400 hectares of pristine countryside. 13 km from Ohrigstad Dam Nature Reserve, the Lodge features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. The restaurant serves South African cuisine. All units at the resort are fitted with a TV with satellite channels, a kitchen, a dining area and a private bathroom with a bath. The Lodge architecture and facebrick structures blend well with the natural environment. Facilities abound and cater for the whole family, and many activities centre around the great outdoors. The Lodge is conveniently situated for easy access to many of Mpumalanga’s most amazing tourist attractions. From the historic, quaint town of Pilgrim’s Rest to nearby Sabie and Graskop. Witness the spectacular Blyde River Canyon, God’s Window and the interesting rock formations of the Bourke’s Luck Potholes. The world-famous Kruger National Park, home to the Big Five, is only an hour’s drive from the resort.

Pilgrims Rest

Pilgrims RestPilgrims Rest is a small museum town in the Mpumalanga province and is protected as a provincial heritage site. It was the second of the Transvaal gold fields, attracting a rush of prospectors in 1873.
